Fuji Vehicle Export Co. Ltd. does not keep a large amount of stock. Orders are placed for parts, when an order has been received from the client.
In general, lead time is approx. 1-2 weeks for most mainstream parts.
Parts can arrive faster, or slower depending on stock levels at the manufacturer.
There may be differences in the model names of Japanese bikes sold in the Japanese domestic market, and similar models sold abroad.
Model years may also differ from the Japanese domestic market model years, and model years for similar models sold abroad.
All information relating to parts compatibility in the bike parts section of the website should be used only as a guide. You should confirm whether the parts
will be compatible with your motorcycle prior to purchase. We will not be responsible for any issues relating to parts incompatibility.
Returns will be accepted if the parts received, are not the parts that were ordered, or if the parts are shown to be faulty prior to fitment, due to manufacturer defect, and the faults are reported within 3 days of receipt of the parts.
If items are found to be faulty prior to fitment, due to manufacturer defect, please send an email describing and showing the specific fault within 3 days of receipt of the item.
Once the details of the claim have been assessed, you will be issued with a return code, the return code should be written clearly on the box that item is returned in. Items returned without a return code, will not be accepted.
Returned items will be inspected for damage or signs of being fitted, if the items are damaged, or are found to have been fitted, the parts will be returned at the sender`s expense
After the returned item has been inspected, and has been judged to be faulty due to manufacturer defect, and is in unused and unfitted condition, a replacement part will be ordered and dispatched to the sender.
